Welcome to FrontWars (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://frontwars.io and our online multiplayer game FrontWars (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. FrontWars is operated by VexxusArts Ltd.
You may need an account to access certain features. You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. Provide accurate and complete information.

The Service includes proprietary content owned by VexxusArts Ltd as well as Open-Source Components licensed by third parties. Except for rights expressly granted by applicable open-source licenses, we and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service.
Open-Source Components. Certain parts of the Service are made available under open-source licenses, including without limitation: GPL/AGPL-licensed client code; MIT-licensed components; and Creative Commons-licensed assets (e.g., CC BY-SA). Your rights to copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and/or create derivative works of those components are governed by their respective licenses, and where these Terms conflict with an applicable open-source license, the open-source license controls.
To the extent required by licenses such as AGPLv3, if you interact with a modified version of the software over a network, you are entitled to access the Corresponding Source of that version. We provide information on licensing and source availability on our site’s About/Legal page.
You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service. You represent you have necessary rights to grant this license.
Virtual Items may be purchased or earned. They have no real-world value and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may modify or discontinue Virtual Items at any time.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or conduct harmful to users or the Service. Upon termination you may lose access to your account and Virtual Items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VexxusArts Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Service may integrate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party practices or content.
We may release updates or patches. Some updates may change mechanics or features. Continued use of the Service may require installing updates.
We may modify these Terms. If a change is material, we will strive to provide at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts of the UK will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under your local law where applicable.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
